These Terms of Service detail how we deliver our digital services. They complement our Terms and Conditions and apply to all clients of Anthony Hunt / SHAART Agency.
1. Scope of Service
Each service is delivered according to the scope defined in the approved proposal. Any work outside that scope is considered additional and may involve extra cost and timeline.
2. Delivery Process
- Diagnosis and architecture: we define the system before building it.
- Build: we implement, integrate, and test.
- Launch and optimization: we bring the system live and refine as agreed.
3. Timelines
Estimated timelines depend on the client providing access, information, and approvals on schedule. Delays caused by the client will proportionally extend delivery timelines.
4. Third-Party Costs
Platform subscriptions (GoHighLevel, AI tools, domains, hosting), advertising budget, and licenses are the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified in the proposal.
5. Support and Maintenance
Included support is specified in each proposal. After that period, ongoing support and improvements are available through an optional retainer agreement.
6. Warranties
We warrant that the system will be delivered in working order in accordance with the agreed scope. We do not warrant specific commercial results, as these depend on external factors (market conditions, offer, budget, client execution).
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments are governed by the proposal. All sales are final pursuant to our Refund Policy.
8. Confidentiality
We treat as confidential any sensitive business information we access during the project, and we expect the same treatment toward our methods and materials.
