- Payments must be made as agreed in the proposal.
- All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy.
3. Client Responsibilities

- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframes.
- Be responsible for the content, products, or services promoted through the systems we build.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you obtain usage rights to the deliverables developed for your business. Methodologies, templates, base code, and proprietary know-how of SHAART Agency remain our exclusive property.

Our services may depend on third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, AI providers, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of those platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
We work to deliver high-quality systems, but we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (sales, leads, or revenue), as these depend on multiple factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the provision of services in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse, or non-payment.
