1. All Sales Are Final
No refunds or returns of any kind are accepted. By engaging any of our services or making a payment, you acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Why
Our services involve customized work, configuration time, third-party software licenses, advertising investment, and resources committed from the start of the project. These costs are non-recoverable once work has begun.
3. Our Commitment
Although we do not offer refunds, we are committed to quality and results. We work with you throughout the process to ensure the system is delivered functioning as agreed, and we include a post-implementation optimization period when stipulated in the proposal.
4. Cancellations
If you choose to cancel an active project, payments already made are non-refundable and any outstanding balance corresponding to work already completed remains due and payable.
5. Exceptions
Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of Anthony Hunt / SHAART Agency and must be documented in writing and signed by an authorized representative. No verbal statement modifies this policy.
