## How billing works

Consultations and the workshop are one-time payments. Digitalízate Básico is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly access fee, with no long-term contract: cancel anytime, no penalty, and months already billed are not refunded. Messaging usage on GoHighLevel (email, SMS, WhatsApp) is billed separately by usage and is not included in any plan. Each plan includes one round of revisions; further changes are quoted at $30 to $50 per hour, agreed before work starts.
