# Local SEO services in Austin to show up on Google and in AI answers

> Local SEO services in Austin, TX: a clean technical base, Google Business Profile, pages in English and Spanish and visibility in ChatGPT and AI Overviews.

Austin has more than 23,000 employer businesses, and search no longer runs only through Google. We work on the technical base, your Google profile, pages per service in English and Spanish and the data AI tools read, backed by our own site, which went from 55 to 100 on the Ahrefs audit.

## How do you choose the best SEO company in Austin?

To choose an SEO company in Austin, ask for three things: a written audit before you sign, a fixed price with clear deliverables and its own case studies with verifiable numbers. Be wary of anyone who guarantees rankings. At Anthony Hunt · SHAART we show our own site, from 55 to 100 on Ahrefs and 55 to 96 on mobile PageSpeed, and we track everything in Search Console.

The system
- 1 Technical site audit
- 2 Optimized Google profile
- 3 Pages per service and area
- 4 Reviews and content
- 5 Tracking in Search Console

## Why is it so hard to rank a local business in Austin?

Because it's the largest market on the corridor: more than 23,000 employer businesses and a city that passed one million residents in 2025. "Local seo austin", "local seo agency austin" and "best seo company in austin" are real searches, a sign that many businesses are looking for help with the same problem. Shortcuts don't work in that market: a clean technical base, a complete profile and steady reviews do.

Search has changed, too. Part of it now runs through ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or the Google AI Overviews summary before anyone opens a website. Those tools cite pages that are well structured, with direct answers and clear data. Our own site is set up for that, with llms.txt and structured data, and we apply the same work to yours.

And there's an audience almost nobody serves: one in five Austin residents speaks Spanish at home, and when we checked "agencia de marketing digital austin" we got English-language directories and no Spanish-language agency. Google does suggest "agencia de marketing en austin" in Spanish, so the search exists. A business with well-built Spanish pages competes there against very few.

## Austin by the numbers: who you're selling to

Austin passed one million residents in 2025 and is a tech-savvy market: customers expect to book online, get an instant confirmation and hear back after hours. Almost a third of the city is Latino and one in five residents speaks Spanish at home, an audience most local GoHighLevel agencies only serve in English.

With more than 23,000 employer businesses, Austin has the most businesses on the corridor. In the metro area, construction was the fastest-growing sector in late 2024 and healthcare adds jobs every year: two industries where an unanswered lead is lost money.

The Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Texas State SBDC, which has an Austin office, support small businesses. From Austin the corridor runs south toward Kyle and San Marcos.

- 1,002,632 residents (2025 est.)
- 31.9% Hispanic or Latino
- 20.2% speak Spanish at home
- 23,219 employer businesses

Share of residents who speak Spanish at home, I-35 corridor
- San Antonio 36.4 %
- Seguin 30.1 %
- Kyle 27.3 %
- San Marcos 23.3 %
- Austin 20.2 %
- New Braunfels 17.6 %

## What local SEO with us includes

There's no single lever. Local SEO works when the technical base is clean, the Google profile is complete, each service has its own page and reviews keep coming in. We work in that order and show you progress with Search Console data.

- [Technical audit and fixes Titles, descriptions, structured data, mobile speed, broken links and indexing. We fix the foundation first, then we write.](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/en/servicios/websites)
- [Google Business Profile Categories, services, service area, photos and posts, connected to your website. It's the first thing people see when they find you on the map.](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/en/servicios/contenido-automatizado)
- [Pages per service and area One page for each service and each area you cover, in English and Spanish, written separately rather than translated word for word.](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/en/servicios/websites)
- [Content and blog strategy Articles that answer what your customers ask before they buy, planned around the real queries in Search Console.](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/en/servicios/contenido-automatizado)
- [Review strategy An automatic review request after every job or appointment, by text, WhatsApp or email, and replies to every review from the CRM.](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/en/servicios/crm-gohighlevel)
- [Visibility in AI answers Structured data, llms.txt and direct answers on every page so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews understand what you do and where.](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/en/servicios/websites)
- [Monthly tracking Queries, impressions, clicks and growing pages from Search Console, next to the leads that reached the CRM.](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/en/servicios/dashboards)

## How we handle local SEO, step by step

- 1 ### 15-minute diagnostic, free We review your website, your Google profile and what shows up today when people search for you. You leave knowing what's holding your visibility back.
- 2 ### Audit and a fixed-price plan I send you, in writing, what gets fixed, which pages get built, in what order and at what price. No ranking promises.
- 3 ### Fixes and new pages We repair the technical base, optimize your Google profile and publish pages per service and area in both languages.
- 4 ### Monthly tracking and adjustments We go through Search Console with you: which queries are growing, which pages get impressions without clicks and what to write next.

## Typical SEO vs. our system

| | Typical SEO provider | Anthony Hunt · SHAART |

| Language | Pages and content in English only | Pages in English and Spanish, written separately |

| Pricing | "Request a quote" | Published entry prices; monthly plan at a fixed, written price |

| Order of work | New content on top of an unchecked foundation | Titles, descriptions, structured data, speed and indexing come first |

| AI answers | Not considered | Structured data, llms.txt and direct answers AI can cite |

| After the visit | SEO ends when the visitor lands | The visitor reaches the CRM and gets a reply within minutes |

| Tracking | Rankings report for a few keywords | Search Console every month, plus the leads that reached the CRM |

Based on our review of 20+ agencies and providers that serve or target the I-35 corridor in October 2026: almost none publish pricing and almost all publish in English only.

## What my clients say

Real reviews from businesses that trusted the system.

## Industries we focus on in Austin

### Contractors and home services

Construction was the fastest-growing sector in the Austin area in late 2024, and customers looking for a roofer, plumber or HVAC company in Round Rock, Pflugerville or Cedar Park compare several options. For a contractor, local SEO is won area by area: a page per service and real area, project photos, reviews requested when each job closes and a Google profile that leaves no doubt about where you work.

### Med spas, clinics and salons

Healthcare adds jobs every year in the Austin area, and with it come clinics, med spas and practices competing for the same searches. A page per treatment with real patient questions, a Google profile with current services and hours, recent reviews and structured data help Google and AI tools show you when someone asks about your service in South Austin or North Austin.

## How much does it cost?

On the corridor we saw rates from $50 to $149 per hour, almost always without published pricing, and "affordable SEO" is one of the searches Google suggests in San Antonio. These are our entry prices:

- ### Google Business Profile $ 99 one-time [See plan →](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/digitalizate-basico#addons)
- ### Strategy consultation $ 99 one-time per 1-hour session [See plan →](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/consultoria)
- ### Monthly local SEO Technical fixes, pages per service and area, content, reviews and tracking: a fixed, written price after the 15-minute diagnostic. [Book a free 15-min call →](https://www.anthonyhunts.com/en/agenda)

## Areas we serve around Austin

We work with businesses across Austin and the surrounding area: South Austin, North Austin, East Austin, downtown, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Hutto, Manor and Buda. Meetings happen over video call, in English or Spanish; the whole system is set up online.

## Frequently asked questions

It depends on what you need, and be wary of anyone who calls themselves "the best". Compare on facts: case studies with numbers, a written audit before payment, clear pricing and Search Console reports. We show our own: 100 on Ahrefs and 96 on mobile PageSpeed for the home page.

There's no way to guarantee it, but you can give them good reasons: a website with structured data and direct answers, a complete Google profile, recent reviews and listings in directories like the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's. We prepare your site the same way as ours, with llms.txt and data AI tools can read.

They land in your GoHighLevel CRM, get an automatic reply within minutes in English or Spanish and go into your pipeline. That way the dashboard shows how many leads SEO brought, how many booked and how many bought, not just how many visits you got.

Months, not weeks. Technical fixes and Google profile changes can show up sooner, but ranking new pages takes time and depends on your competition. For reference, My Dominican Trip, a travel agency site we built, reached 22,500 Google impressions and 104 clicks in 3 months. You see your own progress every month in Search Console.

No. Nobody controls Google's algorithm, and anyone who guarantees rankings is promising something that isn't up to them. What we control is the work: a clean technical base, a complete profile, useful pages, steady reviews and honest tracking of what happens.

It means showing up when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews about a service in your area. Structured data, an llms.txt file, direct answers on each page and mentions of your business on other sites all help. Our own site is set up this way.

Not always. If your current site can be edited and is fast on mobile, we fix it. If the platform won't let you change titles, structured data or speed, we tell you in the diagnostic and give you the options with prices.
